SureStart Plus Coverage Details In order to qualify for SureStart PLUS extended warranty coverage, the roof system must be installed by a contractor with an up-to-date ShingleMaster™ or SELECT Shingle Roofer™ credential, and must meet the Integrity Roof System™ requirements. ShingleMasters can sell 3-STAR and 4-STAR Coverage - SELECT Shingle Roofers can sell all three levels of coverage. SureStart PLUS extends the standard SureStart protection provided by the warranty in force on the date the shingles were purchased. |

This is not a club or an organization that a contractor can join. Company owners have to be chosen by local suppliers and the largest shingle manufacturer in the country. They must be contractors who are demonstrating a desire to improve the professionalism of the roofing industry, and a devotion to the highest standards of quality. It is a round table council in which very serious contractors are invited to discuss and make recommendations regarding the needs, problems, and concerns of the industry. Being invited to the council is one of the highest compliments a contractor can receive.
There are over 1000 roofing contractors in the Atlanta area, and only 25 were selected to participate in the council for 2009 Thifault Exteriors was honored to be one of them! We were also selected in 2008.
How do you pick the right one?
A great question, and in the determining factor is price only - then get 3 bids and pick the lowest price. Or if you want to feel safe - pick the middle price bid. (By the way - it's easy to be the middle bid). But if you are more interested in Quality, Value and Performance, then there must be something else to base your decision on. Most homeowners agree that even if their roof is being paid for through an insurance claim, they want to work with a company they trust and feel confident with, but so many voices still put the emphasis on price alone (Get 3 bids & take the middle bid. --Sound familiar) So how do you decide?
AT THIFAULT EXTERIORS WE MAKE THE DECISION EASY.
We will work hard to make sure that for an insurance claim, little or no money will come out of your pocket. But more important, we will only send fully trained professional inspectors and estimators to your home. As a matter of fact, NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO REPRESENT OUR COMPANY WITHOUT BEING CERTIFIED.

Then, when we send out crew of installers to your home, they will be led by a factory certified MASTER SHINGLE APPLICATOR. Also, at least 2 of the other installers on the crew will be certified as Master Shingle Applicators. And after we install your new roof, you will be qualified to receive the
4 STAR WARRANTY

This certification is proof of a person's dedication to product knowledge and professionalism, it is achieved through completing a series of tests and engaging in continuing education programs, it is also a requirement before anyone is allowed to represent Thifault Exteriors.

This requirement for our installers is the foundation of our company!
This testing and training program insures that our installers understand the details and requirements of installing a roof that meets the specifications for the 4 STAR WARRANTY. It also provides the peace of mind that your roof is being installed by men that take your roof replacement as seriously as you do.
